Position Summary:

We are seeking an associate account manager to support our Employee Benefits division.  In this role, you will assist in managing client accounts, coordination of benefit plan administration, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in employee benefits and a desire to grow their career in account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day client support for group health, dental, vision, life, and other ancillary benefits.
• Prepare client materials, including proposals, renewals, open enrollment communications, and presentation documents.
• Coordinate with the internal team (compliance, marketing, enrollment etc.) to support client needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or HR support roles.
• Working knowledge of group health and ancillary benefits.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• State Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
